Russ Meyer made MOTORPSYCHO in 1965. It was made just before, but during the same year as, FASTER, PUSSYCAT! KILL! KILL!. In his later years, Russ stated that PUSSYCAT, in his mind, was a reimagining of MOTORPYSCHO, but with a female gang.
